Given our principal lawyer’s extensive in-house legal counsel experience, often as General Counsel, Craft Law’s practice has evolved such that Kyle Scott often acts as “Contract General Counsel” to his smaller, start-up and even mid-sized clients who require regular support.
Clients receive the benefit of a dedicated, knowledgeable (in general, but also of their business) “in-house” part-time General Counsel at an effective rate where the alternative would be a far less experienced lawyer at equivalent cost.
For clients interested in this level of service, Craft Law operates under a consulting contract relationship rather than under a standard hourly-rate retainer relationship.
